Technical maintenance includes weeding, trimming, edging, and more detailed maintenance to your lawn, tree, and shrubs. By simply pulling all weeds away from trees and shrubs, your property looks cleaner and healthier. Keeping your shrubs trimmed properly to their intended shape will encourage healthy growth and compliment your garden at the same time. Edging walks will give your property a defined look that most yards won’t exhibit.

Technical maintenance isn’t only for aesthetic purposes. Keeping your property well maintained is the key to healthy growth. Healthy plants will need less emergency care, which in the long run will only help you. So, keep your lawn healthy and beautiful with technical maintenance.

Talk to an expert in lawn care to discover what services will be most helpful to you and your property!

Give your soil room to breathe!
Help your soil receive the oxygen, nutrients, and water it needs to grow properly into a lush, green lawn. Rely on the expertise of professionals to care for your lawn.

Soils that get walked on or trampled will pack down until air can’t penetrate into the soil to keep the roots healthy. If a lawn has patches where grass won’t grow in spite of fertilizing and watering, it needs to be aerated. An aerator punches holes in the lawn every few inches to allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate into the soil faster and deeper to reach the grass roots. Aeration also speeds thatch decomposition and relieves stress which builds resistance to disease and insect infections.

Compaction is a condition that occurs primarily in the upper 1 to 1 1/2 inches of soil. Compacted soils have reduced air spaces and more resistance to root growth than non-compacted soils. Compacted soils are dense and cause water to puddle and run off.

Sometimes starting with a fresh new beginning is the best route! This is especially true for turf. Starting a lawn the right way will prevent many problems in the future. Turf planting can be a wide range from spot planting to encourage new growth in bare areas to total lawn planting.

For Residences . . .
Do you have the time to mow your lawn every other day and take the time to learn how to mow it correctly to encourage healthy growth? The majority of people will say no. Unfortunately, those people who choose not to take proper care of their lawn are only hurting themselves. Proper lawn care can increase the value of your home by merely improving the appearance. So, your time and money can be better spent by hiring a professional to care for your lawn in a healthy, convenient manner to allow more time for you to enjoy your new lawn!
